Where It Started
Lima Studios 11 grew from a desire to build a healthier, more thoughtful way of working in post-production. After years in fast-paced corporate environments in Dubai, founder Jo Lima saw firsthand how unsustainable workflows affect both creative quality and the people behind the work.
Returning to the Philippines in 2019, Jo began working remotely as a post-production specialist, intentionally shaping processes that valued clarity, collaboration, and sustainable pacing.
Today, Lima Studios 11 supports brands, agencies, and marketing teams across Australia and the UAE, managing video post-production with care and intention. Our workflows are designed to support both consistent output and sustainable ways of working, so creative teams can perform well over the long term.
How We Work Today
As projects became more long-term and collaborative, Jo partnered with Scott and Mark, and gradually built a small team of editors grounded in trust, shared responsibility, and respect for focused, balanced work. This foundation allowed the studio to support growing production needs without compromising quality or well-being.
In 2026, Lima Studios 11 was formally established to reflect that evolution.
